A quick how-to for JournoFinder.
Make a search
To make a search, navigate to the 'Search' tab in the menu bar and type your search into the search bar (e.g. "expensive air bnb").
Select a time period before pressing 'Search'.
Note: You will also notice the 'preview search' button, this allows you to preview the results (minus the journalists) without using any credits before committing to the search.
Your search will appear below and you can click on it to see the results - a list of articles with the corresponding journalist.

Add journalists to a media list
To add journalists to your media list from a search, check the tick box next to the article and press the 'Add To Media List' drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen.
You can add the journalists to an existing media list by clicking on one that already exists. You will need to search for it by typing the name into the search bar if you don't see it listed.
Or you can create a new media list by typing a new name into the search bar and pressing on the blue link to create it.
You can also add journalists to your media list via the "Journo" view to the right of the article tab. Here articles will be grouped up if they're written by the same journalist.
Export your media list
To export your media list, first navigate to it by clicking on the appropriate media list in the 'Add To Media List' drop-down, or by using the 'Media Lists' option in the menu bar.
Once you're in the media list, press 'Export Media List' on the right-hand side of the screen and you will get a CSV download.
