Finding Journalists
To find journalists who will be interested in your news, you can search via:
Article search: Find journalists via recent articles they've written.
Google news search: Connects directly to the Google News article index.
Journalist search: Search for journalists by name, job title, bio etc.
Outlet search: Find outlets that will be interested in your campaign.
To use Article Search, search for a recent headline in your niche (e.g. "elon trillionaire") and then select any filters you want (e.g. set the location to United States).
Google News search also requires you to search for recent headlines (e.g. "expensive air bnb").
Select a location filter and a time period before pressing 'Search'.
Your search will appear below and you can click on it to see the results - a list of articles with the corresponding journalist.

Add journalists to a media list
To add journalists to your media list from a search, check the tick box next to the article and press the 'Add To Media List' drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen.
You can add the journalists to an existing media list by clicking on one that already exists. You will need to search for it by typing the name into the search bar if you don't see it listed.
Or you can create a new media list by typing a new name into the search bar and pressing on the blue link to create it.
Export your media list
To export your media list, first navigate to it by clicking on the appropriate media list in the 'Add To Media List' drop-down, or by using the 'Media Lists' option in the menu bar.
Once you're in the media list, press 'Export Media List' on the right-hand side of the screen and you will get a CSV download.
When you add a contact to your media list, we will automatically check the deliverability of the email we have on file.
Any undeliverable emails, or profiles missing emails will then be manually checked and updated by our team.
