To use bulk search, you need a list of article URLs from which you want to extract the journalist or author. If you're not sure what I mean by this, check out this example where I source a list of URLs from Feedly.

Once you have your list, you can navigate to the "Bulk Upload" section in the main menu.

Next, assign a name to your bulk job and paste your URL list into the box provided (note: the limit is 100 URLs).

Tip: Give the list a clear name so you can easily identify it again later if needed.

If there's an invalid URL in your list you will see an error message telling you which items aren't valid. You'll need to remove these from your paste before you're able to start the job.

After pressing 'Start Bulk Job', the job will appear below. You can click in and view the results right away, but the job can take a few minutes to complete, so be patient.

Once the job is complete, it will look the same as a standard 'news search' and you can interact with it in the same way, adding the journalists you want to a new or existing media list.
