Step 1: Access your media list

Navigate to the media list you want to export. Click on “Media Lists” located in the main menu bar, which is at the top of your screen.

On this page, you'll see all your media lists and can pick one to 'View'.

Alternatively, navigate directly to a specific media list from the 'Media List' drop-down on any search results page or journalist profile.

Step 2: Edit your media list (optional)

Before exporting, you can refine your media list.

You can remove any journalists who are no longer relevant to your list and also request a manual review of the list.

If you request a manual review, our team will review each journalist's profile, ensuring all information is current and complete.

Step 3: Export your media list

Export the media as a CSV file by pressing "Export Media List" in the top right of the screen.

The exported CSV file will include detailed information such as the journalist's location and any additional email addresses we have on file.
