I always recommend using a separate email address from any existing company ones you have to protect the reputation of your main business email addresses.
You'll be undertaking cold outreach using these emails, and there's a risk you will 'burn' the email address and give it a bad reputation with your email service provider (ESP). You can minimise this risk by 'warming up' the email - which I explain more about here - but it doesn't go away completely.
I would suggest creating a new email along the lines of "[email protected]" or "[email protected]" to use for digital PR.
This makes it clear to the receiver that the email is PR-related and also helps you keep the emails organised.
