How do I log in?

To log in navigate to the logging page: https://app.journofinder.com/login and type the email you registered with into the box. Then press 'send sign in link'.

You will receive an email from '[email protected]' with a sign-in link. Click this link and JournoFinder will open in a new tab.

How do I change my account settings?

If you have any questions about your account or want to change any settings (such as name or email) please use the help chat where we will assist you.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, we don’t offer a free trial.

How do the credits work?

A news search is one credit and a bulk search is one credit. You have a limit of 250 credits per month. Searching journalists by name or searching for outlets doesn't use up any credits. You can also preview your search to check the results without using any credits. Learn more about this in our guide to searching for journalists.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to "Billing" under your profile and following the instructions there.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards from customers around the world, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we don’t offer refunds. If you are unhappy with something please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Can I send emails with JournoFinder?

We don't currently offer an email sending service, but this is on the roadmap. Note if you've never used your email for bulk outreach before, you'll need to make sure it's 'warmed up' - learn more about this here.
