You choose how each client's alerts reach you. Instantly, in a roundup once or twice a day, or both.
Instant alerts
As soon as we spot a story that fits a client's brief, we send it. Use instant alerts when speed matters most and you want to react within the hour.
Roundups
A roundup gathers a client's alerts into one message, once or twice a day. Alerts are ordered by opportunity, so the best stories sit at the top.
Roundups suit busy clients where single alerts pile up, and teams who'd rather review opportunities in one sitting.
You can use roundups on their own or alongside instant alerts.
Turn on roundups
Go to Clients in Reactives.
Open the client.
Under Deliverability, switch on roundups and choose once or twice a day.
Settings are per client. You can run instant alerts for one client and a daily roundup for another.
Email or Slack
Instant alerts and roundups can both be sent by email or in Slack.
To send a client's alerts to Slack, open the client, connect Slack and pick the channel. Each client can post into its own channel, so you can keep them separate.
Thumbs up and thumbs down
Every alert has a thumbs up and thumbs down. Use them to tell us how we're doing and help shape your future alerts.
To change which stories you're sent, edit the client's brief. The brief is what decides what comes through.
